Homemade Sun Soothing Spray

Homemade Sun Sooth Spray brought to you by Know Mommy

Getting outside in the sun is a great way to uplift mood and spend time as a family, but sometimes too much sun exposure can quickly end your fun, especially when it’s over 100 degrees outside. Try a homemade Sun Soothing Spray. This soothing spray is filled with powerful ingredients that calm and soothe the skin. One of the primary products used in this spray is doTERRA’s™ Peppermint essential oil. Peppermint is a perfect after- sun essential oil for the same reason it is beneficial for oral care–its high content of Menthol. The menthol gives a nice cooling feeling while the lavender and tea tree reduce inflammation and redness.

Keep this spray in your car, purse or diaper bag for a super easy, safe, effective, on- the-go cooling and soothing spray!
