Operation Santa’s Workshop at Tivoli Village opened to the public on November 24th. We visited this magical experience and explored the five themed rooms. We highly recommend you add Operation Santa’s Workshop to your Holiday Season to-do list.
First stop, CANDY COTTAGE
The Candy Cottage room is full of whimsy and amazing details. Feast your eyes on candy treats and sweets from floor to ceiling. Enjoy some goodies and fun activities with the Candy Cottage Elves!
Next Stop, THE WORKSHOP
Choose from several activity tables and chat with one of Santa’s Elves while you decorate your very own ornament! Explore the workshop and see where Santa and his Elves get ready for the holidays!
Time to play at THE SNOWY PLAYGROUND
Enjoy this winter wonderland with a friendly snowball fight! Tons of room to run and play and enjoy the soft, fluffy snowballs covering the ground! Hula hoops, bow and arrows and a virtual game projected onto the floor (a family favorite of ours.)
Off to visit MRS. CLAUS’ KITCHEN
Decorate a delicious cookie and enjoy cocoa with Mrs. Claus. She stops by to sprinkle some holiday magic and shares an individual Christmas message with each child.
Magic Reindeer Food and a Letter to Santa
While waiting for your turn to see Santa, make some Magical Reindeer Food with some helpful Elves. Don’t forget to write your letter to Santa and send it off in the mail!

What makes this experience so unique is the one-on-one time with Santa. Many Santa experiences can be overwhelming for the little ones with the big crowds and noise. But here, you enter the warm and welcoming room to take your photo with Santa. You don’t feel rushed. Your little one gets to chat with Santa about their wish list and at the end Santa gives them an adorable plush doll to take home! Head home with a branded digital copy of your favorite photo. They take several photos, so you have the option to purchase a photo package as well. This is sure to become a Holiday Tradition your family will enjoy year after year.
